Paul Venning

Paul Venning is Managing Director of VT Resourcing Ltd. He specialises in business development, mentoring and executive search & development, primarily in the consumer financial services & payments, e-commerce, cyber threat, technology and professional services sectors. He is also a Non-executive Director and Trustee on the Board of Action with Communities in Rural Kent and is an associate with Eastside Primetimers, the UK's leading Not-for-Profit Consultancy.

An entrepreneur with direct involvement in three tech driven start-ups, he has wide ranging blue chip international experience in business improvement, consultancy and sales & marketing at senior level with nineteen years in commercial development, executive search & human resource management including sales, marketing and operations, prior to which he spent twelve years at American Express Europe, latterly as Director of their Multinational Europe/MidEast/Africa Team.

Paul is a member of the Institute of Directors and gained his MBA from London Business School, sponsored by American Express. His interests include golf, rugby union, the arts, the National Trust and he is a qualified Advanced Open Water Diver.
