Paul Venning

Paul Venning is Managing Director of VT Resourcing Ltd. He specialises in executive search, mentoring and business development, primarily in the consumer financial services, e-commerce, payments and professional services sectors.

An entrepreneur with direct involvement in three start-ups, he has wide ranging blue chip international experience in general management, consultancy and sales & marketing at senior level with seventeen years in executive search & human resource management including business development, marketing and operations, prior to which he spent twelve years at American Express Europe, latterly as Director of their Multinational Europe/MidEast/Africa Team.

Paul is a member of the Institute of Directors and gained his MBA from London Business School, sponsored by American Express. His interests include golf, rugby union, the arts, the National Trust and he is a qualified Advanced Open Water Diver.
